Refund Policy

The policy

Packs are sold per device (per submission). Because the deliverable is generated immediately, we take a simple position:

• 14-day satisfaction refund. If the generated pack isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full. You don't have to justify it, and you may keep the documents already generated.
• Failure to deliver. If generation fails and we cannot fix it, we refund in full, with no time limit.
• Duplicate or mistaken purchase. Refunded in full.

What a refund is not

We cannot refund on the basis of a regulatory outcome. Clearance depends on your device, your testing evidence, and your submission as a whole — most of which is outside this product. Nothing here is a guarantee that a submission will be accepted or cleared.

How to request one

Email support@510sec.com with your order number (shown on your billing page). Card refunds are issued through Square to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Design-partner and discounted packs

Packs unlocked with a 100%-off code involved no payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you are a benchmark design partner and want your data removed, say so and we delete it — including from the study.
